A three-component research vial: GHK-Cu 50 mg, TB-500 10 mg and BPC-157 10 mg in one lyophilised powder. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide found in human serum, TB-500 a peptide derived from thymosin β4, and BPC-157 a 15-residue, proline-rich peptide.

GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide in human serum with high affinity for copper, with which it forms the GHK-Cu chelate; both are described as having tissue-remodelling and anti-inflammatory properties in vitro and in vivo, with reported effects on collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis.

The identified molecular function of thymosin β4 is sequestration of monomeric G-actin, with micromolar affinity that allows fast binding and release.

In isolated rat aorta the pentadecapeptide produced endothelium-dependent vasodilation abolished by L-NAME, traced to phosphorylation of Src, caveolin-1 and endothelial nitric oxide synthase; reviews place it alongside standard angiogenic growth factors.

Everything above was established on the three peptides separately, through separate mechanisms — copper-dependent gene and matrix effects, actin monomer binding, and nitric oxide and angiogenic signalling. Reviews list them side by side as tissue-repair peptides; no controlled study of this mixture was found, so any interaction between them is an assumption here and not a finding. GLOW is a trade name for the combination, not a compound. The record for each is overwhelmingly preclinical, and none of the three holds FDA approval.
