Pure Forge Labs is a brand operated by NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Pure Forge Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Research Use Only Policy applies to all products offered through pureforgelabs.com and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Research Use Only
All products offered by Pure Forge Labs are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Pure Forge Labs, our products are:
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY CONSUMPTION.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
They are not intended for therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, dietary, household, recreational, or veterinary use.
2. Prohibited Uses
Pure Forge Labs products must not be:
- consumed by humans or animals;
- injected, ingested, inhaled, applied to the body, implanted, or otherwise administered to humans or animals;
- used for diagnosis or treatment;
- used as medications, drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices;
- represented, marketed, resold, or distributed for human or veterinary use;
- used in any manner prohibited by applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
Purchase of a product does not constitute authorization for any use prohibited by this Policy.
3. Buyer Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Pure Forge Labs.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, handle, and use the products in your jurisdiction;
- your purchase is solely for a legitimate research purpose;
- you will not use or permit the products to be used for human or veterinary consumption or administration;
- you have the knowledge, facilities, procedures, and safeguards reasonably appropriate for the research materials you purchase; and
- all information supplied to Pure Forge Labs is truthful and accurate.
Individuals, laboratories, educational institutions, companies, and other organizations may purchase from Pure Forge Labs provided these requirements are satisfied.
Pure Forge Labs does not require routine credential verification for every transaction. However, the absence of routine verification does not waive any requirement of this Policy.
4. Mandatory Checkout Confirmation
Before completing a purchase, customers may be required to affirm:
“I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and that all products I purchase from Pure Forge Labs are intended solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic use. I have read and agree to the Research Use Only Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
This confirmation is a condition of sale.
5. Verification and Order Review
Pure Forge Labs reserves the right, before or after accepting an order, to request information reasonably necessary to evaluate compliance with this Policy.
We may request:
- information concerning the intended research purpose;
- laboratory, business, institution, or organization information;
- purchaser identity or age verification;
- payment or fraud-verification information;
- clarification concerning unusual order quantities, destinations, purchasing patterns, or other compliance concerns.
We are not obligated to approve an order solely because information has been supplied.
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Pure Forge Labs may refuse, hold, cancel, or refund an order if we reasonably believe that:
- the products may be used contrary to this Policy;
- the purchaser has supplied false or misleading information;
- the transaction presents fraud, payment, regulatory, legal, or compliance concerns;
- shipment or possession may be prohibited in the destination jurisdiction;
- further verification is appropriate but has not been satisfactorily completed; or
- fulfilling the transaction could expose Pure Forge Labs or its service providers to unacceptable legal or regulatory risk.
We may also restrict or permanently decline future purchases by a customer who violates or appears to violate this Policy.
7. No Medical Advice
Nothing on the Pure Forge Labs website, including product descriptions, research summaries, educational materials, certificates of analysis, blog content, customer communications, or third-party materials, constitutes medical advice.
Pure Forge Labs does not provide:
- medical diagnosis;
- medical treatment;
- dosing recommendations;
- administration instructions for humans or animals;
- individualized medical recommendations; or
- advice concerning the use of products in humans or animals.
Nothing on this website creates a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
8. Product Information and Analytical Data
Product specifications, purity information, certificates of analysis, analytical reports, lot information, and related materials are provided for research and quality-control purposes.
Where analytical data is associated with a particular lot or sample, it should not be interpreted as an unconditional representation concerning any other lot or sample.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their specific lawful research application.
9. Handling and Storage
Research materials should be handled only by persons with appropriate knowledge and using appropriate laboratory controls, procedures, equipment, storage practices, and personal protective measures.
Pure Forge Labs is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, misuse, or alteration resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.
10. Compliance With Applicable Law
Products are offered and shipped only where Pure Forge Labs determines that fulfillment is permissible.
Product availability may vary by product and destination.
Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and regulations applicable to their purchase, possession, importation, research, handling, and use.
Pure Forge Labs may restrict shipping to any jurisdiction or destination without prior notice.
11. International Orders
International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for applicable customs procedures, import permits, taxes, duties, brokerage charges, and other governmental requirements.
Acceptance of an order does not constitute a representation that customs authorities will permit entry of the shipment.
12. Unauthorized Resale
Unless Pure Forge Labs expressly agrees otherwise in writing, products are sold for the purchaser’s own lawful research activities.
Products may not be resold, relabeled, advertised, or distributed with claims or representations suggesting human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, or other prohibited use.
13. Violations
Violation of this Policy may result in cancellation of orders, suspension or termination of purchasing privileges, refusal of future transactions, and any other action reasonably necessary to protect Pure Forge Labs, its service providers, or the public and to comply with applicable law.
