Storage & reconstitution
Before opening
Lyophilised powder is stable at ambient temperature in transit. On arrival, store sealed vials in a cool, dry, dark place. For storage beyond three months, keep at −20 °C.
Reconstitution
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner vial wall. Do not shake — swirl gently until fully dissolved.
After reconstitution
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C and protect from light. Use within 30 days. Discard if the solution becomes cloudy or discoloured.

How do I read the certificate of analysis?
Check three things in order. First, the lot code on the certificate matches the code printed on your vial. Second, the HPLC chromatogram shows a single dominant peak with the stated purity figure. Third, the LC-MS mass matches the expected molecular weight, here 1419.56 g/mol. Anything that does not line up, send us the lot code.
How do I reconstitute and store it?
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial and swirl — never shake. Once in solution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protect from light and use within 30 days. Unopened vials keep at ambient temperature short term, or at −20 °C beyond three months.
When does it ship and how?
Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific dispatch the same working day. Domestic delivery is two days, with tracking sent on dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $200. International orders go out with a commercial invoice; transit is typically five to nine days.

What if a vial arrives damaged?
Photograph the vial and outer packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged or compromised vials at our cost. Unopened vials can be returned within 30 days; opened vials cannot be resold and are not returnable.
Do you handle bulk and wholesale orders?
Yes. Volume pricing on this page runs to five vials; beyond that, a wholesale account gives tiered pricing, reserved lots and consolidated shipping. Reserved lots matter for multi-month studies where you need the same batch throughout.
