A capsule preparation of two peptides: 500 mcg of BPC-157 arginine salt and 500 mcg of KPV per capsule, 100 capsules. BPC-157 is a 15-residue, proline-rich peptide; KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) corresponds to residues 11 to 13 of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone.

In isolated rat aorta the pentadecapeptide produced endothelium-dependent vasodilation abolished by L-NAME, traced to phosphorylation of Src, caveolin-1 and endothelial nitric oxide synthase. Its constrained, proline-rich backbone is the structural basis given for the stability in acidic media reported across its literature.

Work in intestinal models describes uptake of the tripeptide through the PepT1 di- and tripeptide transporter, with reduced inflammatory readouts downstream of that route. In bronchial epithelial cells it inhibited NF-κB signalling evoked by TNFα.

No study of the two peptides together, or of this capsule preparation, was found. The pairing rests on separate mechanisms — nitric oxide and angiogenic signalling for one, NF-κB signalling and transporter-mediated uptake for the other — not on a measured combined effect.

Everything above was established on the two peptides separately; the salt form and the capsule preparation are not described in the literature cited here. A 2025 systematic review of BPC-157 found 35 of 36 included studies preclinical. Neither peptide holds FDA approval.
