These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pureforgelabs.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products and services offered under the Pure Forge Labs brand.
Pure Forge Labs is operated by NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Pure Forge Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully.
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Only Policy, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, and other policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site to purchase products.
By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Research Use Only
All products sold by Pure Forge Labs are intended solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes unless Pure Forge Labs expressly states otherwise in writing.
Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
The Research Use Only Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
If another portion of the Site could reasonably be interpreted inconsistently with the Research Use Only Policy, the Research Use Only Policy controls with respect to permitted use of the products.
4. No Healthcare Relationship
Pure Forge Labs is not acting as a physician, healthcare provider, veterinarian, pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, clinic, hospital, or medical organization through the operation of this Site.
Purchasing a product or communicating with Pure Forge Labs does not establish a healthcare-provider relationship.
5. No Medical Advice
Information presented through the Site is provided for general informational and research-related purposes.
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, dosage guidance, administration instructions for humans or animals, or a recommendation to use any product in or on a human or animal.
You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice.
6. Customer Representations
By purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- all information you provide is complete and accurate;
- your purchase is for legitimate research purposes;
- you will not use the products for human or veterinary consumption or administration;
- you will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products;
- you will not make false or misleading claims concerning Pure Forge Labs products; and
- you will not facilitate any prohibited or unlawful use.
7. Geographic Availability
Products are available only where Pure Forge Labs elects to offer and ship them.
Pure Forge Labs does not represent that every product offered on the Site may lawfully be purchased, possessed, imported, or used in every U.S. state, territory, or foreign jurisdiction.
We may restrict products, destinations, customers, or transactions at any time based on applicable law, regulatory requirements, carrier limitations, compliance considerations, or business risk.
8. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- accept or reject any order;
- limit quantities;
- request additional verification;
- place transactions under compliance or fraud review;
- correct pricing or inventory errors;
- cancel orders that cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled; and
- refund amounts paid for cancelled orders.
9. Prices and Product Availability
Prices, specifications, inventory, product availability, promotions, and other information may change without notice.
We attempt to provide accurate information but may correct typographical, pricing, technical, or inventory errors.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact you, correct the error, or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
10. Payments
You authorize Pure Forge Labs and its payment service providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment processors.
Pure Forge Labs generally does not require customers to provide full payment-card credentials directly to Pure Forge Labs where those credentials are collected securely by the applicable processor.
We may use fraud-screening tools and manual review before accepting or fulfilling a payment.
11. Fraud and Chargebacks
You must contact us promptly if you believe an order, payment, delivery, or refund is incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights provided by your payment provider or applicable law.
However, knowingly submitting a false, deceptive, or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute may constitute a violation of these Terms.
We may provide transaction records, tracking information, order confirmations, customer communications, checkout acknowledgments, and other relevant documentation to payment providers or financial institutions in connection with a dispute.
12. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs, weather, governmental action, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
13. International Shipping
International shipping may be available to destinations selected by Pure Forge Labs.
The customer is responsible for compliance with applicable import restrictions, customs rules, permits, duties, taxes, and other requirements.
Pure Forge Labs does not guarantee customs clearance.
Where a shipment cannot lawfully be completed, we may refuse or cancel the order.
14. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, all sales are final.
Because research materials may be affected by storage, handling, contamination, tampering, and chain-of-custody conditions after delivery, we generally do not accept discretionary returns.
We provide procedures for incorrect, damaged, and qualifying missing shipments in our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
15. Product Specifications and Certificates of Analysis
Certificates of analysis, purity statements, analytical data, and specifications relate to the product, lot, or sample identified in the relevant documentation.
They are provided for research and quality-control purposes and do not constitute medical or therapeutic representations.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use products contrary to our Research Use Only Policy;
- provide fraudulent identity or payment information;
- use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- attempt to circumvent age, geographic, compliance, or purchasing restrictions;
- interfere with Site security or functionality;
- introduce malware or malicious code;
- scrape or extract Site content at scale without authorization;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use the Site in connection with unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, or human-use claims concerning our products; or
- engage in fraudulent payment disputes.
17. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, security, legal, regulatory, or policy reasons.
Guest checkout may be available.
18. Reviews and User Content
If the Site permits reviews, comments, photographs, research observations, or other user-submitted content, you retain ownership of your original content but grant Pure Forge Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content in connection with our Site and business.
You may not submit content that:
- is false or misleading;
- contains unlawful claims;
- promotes human or veterinary consumption of research products;
- provides dosing or administration instructions;
- infringes third-party rights;
- contains confidential personal information;
- is defamatory, threatening, or unlawful; or
- otherwise violates these Terms.
We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion.
Publication of user content does not constitute endorsement by Pure Forge Labs.
19. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, including Pure Forge Labs branding, logos, product photography, graphics, designs, text, layouts, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected materials without prior written permission.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, shipping providers, social platforms, and other services.
We do not control independent third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
21. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Site for maintenance, security, compliance, operational, or business reasons.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WRITTEN PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED BY PURE FORGE LABS, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR EXPERIMENT, APPLICATION, PROCEDURE, OR RESEARCH OBJECTIVE.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES RIGHTS OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURE FORGE LABS, NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC, AND THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR ORDER OR PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO PURE FORGE LABS FOR THE ORDER OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable law prohibits limitation for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable liability.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Site or products;
- your material violation of these Terms or the Research Use Only Policy;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- fraudulent conduct; or
- unauthorized representations or resale concerning Pure Forge Labs products.
25. Force Majeure
Pure Forge Labs will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, governmental action, customs restrictions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, cyber incidents, utility interruptions, supply shortages, or similar events.
26. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, either party must provide the other with written notice describing the dispute and requested relief.
Notices to Pure Forge Labs should be sent to support@pureforgelabs.com with the subject line “Notice of Dispute” and should include sufficient information to identify the applicable account or transaction.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice before arbitration is filed.
27. Binding Individual Arbitration
Except for disputes eligible for small claims court and requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief concerning misuse of intellectual property, security, fraud, or unauthorized access, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or transactions with Pure Forge Labs will be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, to the extent those rules apply.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by documents, by telephone/video conference, or at another location permitted under applicable AAA rules.
Nothing in this clause requires a consumer to pay fees greater than those required under applicable AAA consumer rules.
28. No Class Actions
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
NEITHER PARTY MAY BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION TO THE EXTENT SUCH WAIVER IS PERMITTED BY LAW.
If a final court decision determines that a particular claim or remedy cannot lawfully be subject to this waiver or individual arbitration, that claim or remedy will proceed in court only after arbitrable matters are resolved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
29. Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration provisions in Sections 27 and 28 by sending written notice within 30 days after the first date on which you accept these Terms.

Subject: Arbitration Opt-Out
The notice must include your name, the email address associated with your purchase or account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.
Opting out of arbitration will not affect your ability to use the Site or purchase products.
30. Governing Law and Courts
Except to the extent superseded by federal law or non-waivable law applicable to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless applicable law requires another venue.
31. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site, customer accounts, or purchasing privileges when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, violations of these Terms, or other legitimate business reasons.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated Effective Date.
Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and Pure Forge Labs concerning the Site and purchases from us, except for any separate written agreement signed by NORTHGATE WELLNESS LLC.
